Trying my hand at menu planning. I’ve been so lazy with cooking…
Pain is temporary, pride is forever.
Weighed in today..
I’m at 162.4
Which puts me 1.4lbs away from 100lbs
Maybe this time will be different.
Maybe this time I’ll actually keep losing rather than throwing it all away just to gain 5lbs back.
So excited for my husband! He went to buy new jeans & he’s down two sizes!
Dinner tonight is chicken apple bratwursts with roasted broccoli & asparagus …YUM, YUM, YUM!
Heading to the gym tomorrow before work…I’m so out of whack with my routine, really want to get back to normal!
