January 8, 2011 I decided to change my life for the better. Just by chance, I downloaded a free calorie counting app on my phone. From that day forward, I only used LoseIt! to track my calories & my exercise. Over time I started to see the pounds come off, my clothes were starting to fit a little better & my energy was through the roof.
Here I am, almost a year later & I’m 91.4lbs lighter (as of January 6, 2012). I’ve created this page to connect with people on this journey as well & also to connect with the people looking to start their own journey.
The beginning is always the hardest. Yet, once you’ve started…you won’t ever think about going back to the way things used to be.
